

At Loctite, his assignments included Corporate Director of Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis and Latin American Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining The Stanley Works, Don held financial management positions with Loctite Corporation, a leading specialty chemical company from 1995 to 1999. He has been instrumental in driving the company’s transformation strategy – including more than 100 acquisitions, most notably The Stanley Works merger with Black & Decker in 2010 – to a global diversified industrial with revenues approaching $15 billion in 2020. He joined the company as Director of Financial Planning. He was appointed an executive officer of the company in 2006 after serving as VP and Controller since 2000. Prior to his promotion to President in 2021, Don served as CFO since 2008. He also leads Finance, Information Technology, Margin Resiliency, Industry 4.0 and Advanced Analytics. In his current role, Allan leads the strategy and implementation of Stanley Black & Decker’s operating model, shares oversight of Global Operations and Supply Chain and oversees the STANLEY Security business, the Outdoor Products Group and Asia Tools & Storage. In 1995, he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology with a Masters degree in applied mathematics and physics. Yury is actively engaged in multiple social projects especially around the development of education and entrepreneurship in Russia. Among others, he was the founder and the Chairperson of the Fish Union (fish industry union in Russia). He is the Chief Executive Officer of the Agama Group, which was founded by Mr. Alasheev in 1998 and has grown from a distributor of frozen products to a group of companies developing its brands and uniting several businesses mainly related to the fish processing industry. Mr. Alasheev is also a co-founder and a managing partner at TealTech Capital venture fund, launched together with Messrs. Krivenko and Ivaschenko in 2016.
